BLAZE SSI is committed to respond to our users effectively and has a long-established protocol that achieves this goal. The highly knowledgeable Helpline staff, well versed in the use of all BLAZE SSI systems, is an integral group of senior BLAZE SSI employees. Our Helpline answers users’ calls and emails rapidly and accurately. BLAZE SSI maintains a User Report/CRM database to log in, acknowledge and track all user interaction. The Helpline emails a personal follow-up after any contact with the BLAZE SSI Helpline that provides details of the user's question and the complete Helpline answer. The follow-up is also archived in the User Report/CRM database to help with similar questions in the future.
